Ron had Apollo before I met him. She was one of Juno’s (RIP 10/2012) kittens. Ron kept her because she was the runt of the litter.
When I came into Ron’s world, Apollo was best buddies with Mookie (RIP 5/2001).
She was just a kitten then and looked to Mookie like a feline father figure. After Mookie’s passing, she hung out with her mom more. Apollo tolerates the other cats in the apartment pretty well.
She is getting to be an old lady. Apollo was born in 1998. When I play piano, she sings along. Apollo loves living with us. All we have to do is look at her and she starts purring.
